Even before welcoming its first class of 兽医博士 (DVM) students, the proposed 芝加哥兽医学院 (CCVM) at Midwestern University is connecting with the regional veterinary community. The College recently teamed up with the 芝加哥兽医协会 (CVMA) to cohost a dental wet lab for practicing veterinarians.

Participants traveled from as far as Iowa to take part in the hands-on session, which was led by Stephen Juriga, D.V.M., Dipl. AVDC, AVDC-ZWD, and Muhammad Jawad Ul Hassan, D.V.M., a veterinary dental resident, both from the 兽医牙科中心 in Aurora, Illinois. 牙医费尔南达Magaña也协助培训。
